Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned. However, if your earrings have arrived in the mail damaged or faulty, please contact us on email@example.com
I don’t like the earring, can I swap it or get my money back?
Answer: Due to hygiene reasons once the earrings have been posted out they cannot be changed.
My earring is damaged, what can i do?
Answer: This very simple and easy just shoot as an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures showing the damage and we would be more than happy to fix the problem.
What is the estimated time of arrival for my package?
Answer: We use AusPost for all our deliveries within Australia. We estimate that you give the arrival of your package 5-8 business days.
If it exceeds that time period just send us an email at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to help.
