Shipping policy

We offer Standard delivery options at $7.95. If you want your order to be prioritised, an express post option is available to customers for a flat rate of $12.50.

It’s important to us that you receive your purchases in a timely manner. Due to COVID-19, please be aware delivery times may vary. 

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed. During sale and promotional periods, your order will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. However, busy periods could result in some delays with dispatch.

Please note transit days are estimates only. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier we are not responsible for any delays in delivery. Please note once your order has been placed online and been processed we are unable to make amendments to product, customer or delivery details.
